If you are not satisfied with your WWW.MS-HANDLOOM.COM on-line purchase you may return the goods within 10 days of the original purchase date. Product must be returned unused and in it’s original packaging, with the price & other Tags intact. The entire return and refund process will be completed within 15 days from the date of intimation. You will be given an equivalent amount of money in the form of voucher or a product or refund of Money to bank account. You decide, and we are good with what works for you. Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price. Its sounds harsh, but its just to deter people from doing some mischief. Majority of us will never get impacted*. *Return courier charges of Rs. 120 per product applicable.
